CONCIERGE/RECEPTION
Hotel Mediterraneo's dedicated and well informed staff is always available to satisfy any requests whether it be for getting tickets to museums, concerts and special events in Rome, renting a car, babysitting services, or answering any question you might have. We can also recommend a good restaurant and make reservations. In-room massage services are also available by appointment. Same day laundry services are also available (not including Sundays and holidays).

PARKING
All Bettoja Hotels share a 24-hour staffed underground parking garage located near the Hotel. The per day cost depends on the size of the vehicle (30 - 35 euros).
Parking fees are paid directly to the garage. When making a reservation at the hotel, please let us know if you intend to use the garage.

ROOM SERVICE
Room Service is available from 6:30 am until midnight.
You can order from the breakfast menu from 6:30 am to 10:30 am. During the hours of the hotel restaurant, meals can be ordered à la carte from the menu of the day.
Snacks and sandwiches are also available from the Bar.

FITNESS AREA new!
A brand new Fitness Area has just been inaugurated at the Hotel Mediterraneo!
The area, with the most up to date equipment, is available to all clients staying at any one of the Bettoja Hotels.
It is also possible to reserve Shiatsu, Ayurvedici, Antistress and Relaximg Massages as well as Aromatherapy, all starting at €40,00.

POLLICINO Pocket Navigator
The handheld PDA navigator that tells you where you are at all times and leads you towards all the main attractions in Rome.
Available on request at the reception desk for only € 3,00 a day.

INTERNET
For those who want to check their email or browse the Web for business or pleasure, Hotel Mediterraneo provides Internet service 24 hours a day in a dedicated part of the lobby. Modems are also available in the rooms.

WI-FI
Hotel Mediterraneo has a WI-FI system which provides hook-up to the Internet from anywhere in the hotel lobby; this wireless system makes connection practical and fast.
WI-FI is a standard that allows devices supporting it to send and receive data via computer (or palm pilot) within the range of a base station without requiring a cable connection. Another interesting feature of WI-FI at Hotel Mediterraneo is its speed, which is much faster than a conventional connection.
WI-FI Certification means a quick wireless connection wherever there are other WI-FI-certified products.
